Apple iPhone 8 to be launched at September 12

Apple iPhone 8 could be revealed on September 12, reported the Wall Street Journal. The smartphone will be launched along with iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus, the report added. However, there are many questions that are being raised around the upcoming Apple event, and the iPhone 8 won't be the only highlight at this; a 4K Apple TV set-top box is also another highlight of the show, as per Bloomberg report. Moreover, Apple Watch 3 could also make an appearance at the event. The Apple iPhone 8 will mark the anniversary edition and is speculated to be the most expensive iPhone ever with the starting price at $1000. As per recent New York report, Apple iPhone 8 will have the top model at $999, although it is still unclear if it is the highest storage model or the starting one.
Interestingly, a UBS analyst said, iPhone 8 will have the base price of $870 while the more expensive ones will cost $1000. Either way, iPhone 8 won't be cheap and the most likely reason for it might be the OLED display and glass design the smartphone would feature.
However, although the company is yet to send out an official invitation for the launch of iPhone 8, it is expected to launch on September 12. As , The smartphone will be available in India later in October. Analysts predict the iPhone 8 will be limited supply after it is officially announced given the high demand for the smartphone.

Apple iPhone 8 will have a glass and metal design and support for wireless charging, though it will be slower than the standards. iPhone 8 will also have the dual-rear camera, but this will be vertically aligned, and not horizontally like in the case of the iPhone 7 Plus. Other specifications will include the new A11 chip on the iPhone, base storage variants starting at 32GB and going up to 256GB..
